The hotel that was the site of a sex-trafficking ring was located in the town of Tres Tres, in southern Mexico, where authorities said they found more than 60 women who had been sexually exploited.
The hotel, which was closed on Friday and reopened on Saturday, was built in 2008, but had no sign of abuse, according to local authorities.
Local media reported that the hotel was used by the same group that ran a hotel that ran prostitution.
The group was responsible for running the hotels in Mezquita, where the hotel in Tres-Tres is located.
The group was later arrested and convicted of running a hotel with prostitution.
They are currently serving 10 years in prison.
