The American Embassy in Paris has been selling hotels with US-style suites, including the “neutral” room at the hotel, the French embassy said on its website.
French hotels are popular among Americans as well as visitors from around the world.
They’re also often popular among French tourists as they offer a safe, private place to stay, unlike the Paris Hilton or other American hotels.

French President Emmanuel Macron’s government said in April that hotels in his home city of Lyon were “a haven for terrorists”.
The French government said it was considering new measures against foreign hotels, including barring them from entering the country.
French Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault has since said the ban would be lifted on November 1.
In recent months, the number of Americans staying in France has risen by more than a third, from a total of 2.3 million to 2.6 million, according to French data.
The number of French nationals visiting the United States rose from 2.8 million in March 2017 to 3.1 million in July 2017, according a survey by the French tourism ministry.
